Once again, the girls delivered a great team performance to leave Edendork with the Mc Guinness Cup safely in their grasp. As well as winning the tournament, the girls also secured their place in the “Tyrone County Finals” in Garvaghy on the 9th of June. Well done!
In the group stages, the Moy girls secured victories against Ardboe, Edendork, Annaghmore and Dungannon. This ensured that they topped the group and would face Edendork in the final.
In the final, Edendork began strongly and showed promise but were unable to manage the firepower of the Moy girls. At Marty Devlin’s final whistle, the Moy girls celebrated in style and at the same time were respectful to their opponents. We wish you good luck at the final.
