Hard luck to our girls and boys Gaelic teams who lost their respective finals today at Garvaghy. Whilst they both tried really hard, they both seemed to be chasing their opponents. At the final whistle, Carrickmore lifted the cup for the girls, while in the boys section, our neighbours, Roan were crowned Tyrone champions.
It was a disappointing way to finish the season for both teams but nevertheless they were fabulous throughout this year, both indoor and outdoor. Thank you to all the players for their efforts this year and their parents who came along to support them.
